Month of Mindfulness

May is known as Mental Health Awareness month. In honor of this important month, our team curated a month-long digital campaign aimed at educating, engaging, and empowering our community. We have dedicated each day to raise awareness on different mental health factors. Throughout the month, we explored the key areas of our campaign: mental health, physical wellness, sleep health, and disorders. Each week, we focused on one of our four key concepts our daily posts provided basic information, tips, and activities to help take care of your mental health. By dedicating consistent time and thought to each area, we not only expanded our campaign’s reach but also made a tangible impact in normalizing mental health conversations and encouraging daily, intentional care among our peers.
